How we'll respond

  • A named person on your case within 3 working days.
  • A written resolution within 15 working days for most matters.

If we can't resolve it

You can escalate to your local Trading Standards office. Everhouse is a service plan (not insurance), so the Financial Ombudsman Service does not apply.
