How we'll respond
- Acknowledgment within 1 working day.
- A named person on your case within 3 working days.
- A written resolution within 15 working days for most matters.
If we can't resolve it
You can escalate to your local Trading Standards office. Everhouse is a service plan (not insurance), so the Financial Ombudsman Service does not apply.
