Terms of membership
Last updated: 13/07/2026.
Everhouse is a home maintenance service plan. You pay a monthly (or annual, on Landlord) membership in exchange for the benefits described in your chosen plan. You contract with Everhouse; we procure the work from approved local engineers on your behalf.
1. Cooling-off
You have 14 days from joining to change your mind and receive a full refund, reduced proportionately if you have asked us to begin services during that window and we have started to do so.
2. Cancelling later
After the cooling-off period, membership is monthly rolling. You can cancel any time from your account with effect from the end of your current billing month. Landlord plans may be billed annually.
3. What's included
Included benefits (labour hours, scheduled services, member rates) are listed on your plan. Included labour hours are prepaid service hours, used in 30-minute increments, reset on your membership anniversary, and do not roll over. Parts and materials are quoted separately at verified trade cost with the supplier invoice shown, and are approved by you before work begins.
4. Workmanship warranty
Everhouse warrants that workmanship supplied through Everhouse will be free from workmanship defects for 12 months from completion, subject to the exclusions in your plan terms. Report an issue on a completed job and we will return at no additional attendance fee.
5. Response commitments
We publish triage and attendance targets rather than guaranteed response times. Actual times depend on fault category, safety priority, property access, contractor availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Safety-critical faults are always prioritised.
6. Fair use
Hours and dispatch targets assume typical residential use. Repeated damage caused by neglect or misuse is not included, and we may review membership where usage indicates commercial activity.
Full details will be provided in your membership pack. For any question, please contact us.
